Welcome to my Board District 5 website! I am honored to represent the residents of the East, Northeast, and Southeast Los Angeles.  As a former teacher, I understand the importance a quality education plays in the development of a child.  I am committed to creating the most effective, equitable, and safest educational environment for all of our students. 

I look forward to working with you to make this year and the preceding years to come successful in improving education for all students.
